Internship Work | Omnicom Health

Role | Art director & Lead Designer

Challenge

Working with a cross-functional team of 8 members, develop a concept that aligns with the values and beliefs of Omnicom Health. In order to empower their own agencies to take pride in their commitment to healthy change and reinforce their dedication to being a people-first network.

Solution

A mental health campaign aimed at providing Gen Z and Omnicom Health employees with the skills they need to manage their mental health through a partnership with One Mind at Work.

Most of the world struggles with its mental health. This is especially true for individuals in the workforce and Gen Z as they transition into their early careers. Our goal is a world where Gen Z is equipped with the skills to manage their mental health during this transition.

A tailored module curriculum that can help employees learn more about mental health, targeting OH employees globally.

Upon completing a One Learning module, employees can display their certification on LinkedIn and a badge on their Microsoft Teams profile, while earning additional wellness days through a point-based system.

Through the figure-eight knot, we are showcasing the interconnectedness between OH and the public, fostering a uniquely powerful and unstoppable connection.

Global college pop-ups can offer Gen Z the opportunity to explore different tents within the event that can enhance their mental health knowledge. While also allowing current OH employees to volunteer and meet prospective employees.

Brochures were provided for the panelists throughout the presentation of this campaign proposal. The brochures contain a variety of information for prospective employees, from the variety of tents within this pop-up to understanding how to manage benefits from a job.
